​The month of KARTHIKA in November is very auspicious for Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu exist together during this month. This month is marked for Deeparadhana, the lighting of lamps.

Diya is a symbol of our body and light symbol of our soul. Lighting the lamp means removing the darkness, ignorance, greed, anger, jealousy, hatred, bitterness within us. This holy month takes us towards devotion, contemplation and inner realization.

Significance of Lakshmi pooja:

Diwali falls during Amavasya, to remove the darkness we light up with diyas and welcome Lakshmi Devi. This is very auspicious, and we also remove darkness within ourselves. So, we pray to Goddess Lakshmi on this day.

Every Monday during November, Rudrabhishekam @ 6:00 pm and you can light the Deepam (diya) after the abhishekam
